Privacy and use information for this version of Parental Leave Guide. Updated October 7, 2026.

Planner information

The leave calendar, budget worksheet, and checklist store entries in your browser’s local storage. This website’s application code does not send those entries to a server. They are not synced across devices. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Clear this site’s browser data to remove saved entries.

Downloads and printing

Calendar downloads are generated in your browser. If you import a reminder file into another calendar service, that service handles the information under its own terms. Printed pages and saved PDFs are under your control.

Hosting and external resources

The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them. Links to government agencies and other external sites leave this website and are subject to those sites’ policies.

No accounts, ads, or newsletter in this version

This version does not create visitor accounts, collect email subscriptions, use a third-party analytics script, or sell a claims service. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, claim documents, or passwords through this site.

Educational use

Content is general information, not legal, tax, medical, insurance, or financial advice. It does not establish a professional-client relationship. Benefit agencies, employers, and insurers determine eligibility and payment under their applicable rules. Tools illustrate your own inputs and do not submit applications.

Availability and accuracy

Information can change after the displayed review date. Confirm important decisions with current official guidance and a qualified adviser when needed. This website does not guarantee benefits, job protection, payment dates, or uninterrupted access.
